5th Gen Apple iPad, 32GB updated to IOS 14.7.1 will not update to IOS 17.  It has been returned to factory settings. iPad was used to run conference rooms and was always plugged into power.  Boots and runs it's just an older generation in perfect condition.  Includes USB charger.
