• The battery is 6 yrs old so might need to be replaced before use.
• Scales were tested - all the lift functions seed to work, scales are in working order.  
• The electric breaks are not hooked up - the detachable wheels were pulled off without unplugging the wires.  
• The plug is still on the scales but both plugs are gone from the wheel side, wires are hanging out of the brake assembly.  
• This would need to be repaired before it was moved unless it is loaded on a trailer.
